To cook, plug the burner into a power receptacle. Then, touch the power button to turn it on/burner. finally, touch the power control bar on the burner, and slide to your desired power setting. Slide left to lower power settings, and slide right to raise power settings. When you are done cooking, press the power button again to turn the unit off. The fan may remain on to help cool down the burner, even when the power is off.
Since the Hestan Cue app retired in August of 2025, this is the only way to use the induction cooktop to heat your cookware.
