Smart Probe isn't detected (doesn't appear as a device to be paired with)

If your Smart Probe isn't being detected when you try to add it to your Cue app profile, please do the following:

- Make sure you have the battery installed correctly (Negative side down, Positive side up)

- Make sure you are running the latest version of the Hestan Cue app. On iOS, you must be running version 3.1.2 or above in order for the probe to be supported (and detected). On Android, please update to 1.5.1 or above.

- Verify you have Bluetooth and WiFi enabled, and that "location services" has been allowed when using the Cue app.
