The metal portion of the Smart Probe can be cleaned with soap, water, and a soft scrub sponge. Please ensure the battery capsule is sealed before washing. Damage may occur to the probe if water enters the internal battery chamber. To clean the plastic portion, please wipe off any residue with a dry or damp cloth: do not submerge in water.
Note: the probe is NOT dishwasher safe.
