Yes. When using Control Mode, you'll be able to set a timer which will automatically turn off the Hestan Cue burner after the set time has elapsed. The timer function as located towards the center of the Control Mode screen.
When cooking through guided recipes, Cue automatically sets a timer for every cook step to help prevent overcooking.
