In general, we recommend eating food prepared on a Cue immediately after finishing the recipe. This is especially true of meats/proteins, but can be kept warm by lightly covering with a piece of foil. However, there may be times when you need to prepare other dishes or otherwise need to wait until eating. In these cases, keep food warm by placing in the oven at the lowest setting: 165 F - 175 F (apx. 74 C - 80 C) for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on food type.
As a reminder, Cue cookware should never be placed in the oven, so you'd need to transfer the food to an oven-safe receptacle first.
