App keeps saying "Session Has Expired" and doesn't let me in. Now what?

Some users have reported seeing a "Session Expired" message when trying to use the Cue app. This is rare, but if you see this message, you will need to delete the Hestan Cue app from your phone or tablet, and then install a fresh copy. 

After installing a fresh copy of the app, you should be able to sign in and use the app normally again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
