I got an "overheating error". Now what?

On occasion, the Hestan Cue induction cooktop may overheat. This may happen if cooking at high temperatures for prolonged periods of time while cookware containing a lot of matter rests on top (like a big pot full of food).

In order to resume cooking, you'll need to unplug the burner, and then plug it back in to get it working again. If possible, try to let the exhaust fan cool down the burner before you resume cooking. If your burner continually overheats, please contact support.
