On occasion, the Hestan Cue induction cooktop may overheat. This may happen if cooking at high temperatures for prolonged periods of time. In order to resume cooking, you'll need to unplug the burner, and then plug it back in. This resets the burner. If possible, try to let the exhaust fan cool down the burner before you resume cooking. If your burner continually overheats, please contact support.
