What is the power/voltage requirement?

The power/voltage requirements change depending on the exact Cue-enabled cooktop you are interested in. Please read the information below carefully.

Hestan Cue Smart Induction Burner:
Model: 41000 (US version)

Requires:
- 110 Volt, 60 Hertz, 15 Amp dedicated power outlet.
- The burner draws up to 1600 Watts.
- Polarized plug (this is common in most US homes).
- The burner's plug is not grounded.

Running other electronics on the same electric circuit could cause your circuit breaker to trip or a fuse to blow.
Note: This version will not work with 220-240V (50hz) electric currents as found in Europe and other parts of the world. The use of converters/adapters is not recommended as they may cause a safety hazard and/or change the cooking outcomes of your meal.

Cue-Enabled range cooktops:
Induction models (US versions)

There are multiple models available. Please refer to the online documentation provided by the specific manufacturer, or to the documentation that is included in the package for exact installation and electrical requirements. The following is general information:

A Cue-enabled induction range cooktop needs to be hard wired into your house/dwelling and accept a voltage range between 208V and 240V. You'll need to select the voltage in the app as described in the following FAQ: What voltage do I select for my Cue enabled induction range or cooktop? 208V or 240V?

Note: US versions are not designed to be compatible with electrical systems outside of the United States. Attempting to do so may cause a safety hazard and/or change the cooking outcomes of your meal.
