Non-stick pan inventory issue (where's my non-stick pan?)

In an effort to be transparent, we are sharing some regretful news: 

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our shipping container of Cue Precision Non-stick cookware was involved in an accident en route. It is not clear at this time whether or not the inventory was damaged or lost. Regardless, anyone who has ordered a non-stick pan will not receive their item in time for the Holidays. Our support team has reached out to everyone impacted, via email. If you were impacted, and do not find the email sent Dec 11, 2020, please check your "spam" folder.
